This Privacy Policy explains how YaHy LLC ("YaHy", "we", "us"), the operator of YahyPay, collects, uses and protects information when you visit yahypay.com or contact us. YahyPay is currently in private beta.

YaHy LLC is a Montana limited liability company with its registered address at 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA. You can contact us at support@yahypay.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us: when you request early access or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name, country, website and any other details you choose to share.
• Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
• Verification information (after launch): if you apply for an account, identity and business verification (KYC/KYB) information will be collected by us and/or our regulated partners. Additional terms will apply at that time.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and manage the early-access waitlist;
• To evaluate eligibility for our services;
• To operate, secure and improve our website;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers), with regulated financial partners when needed to provide services you request, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

We operate in the United States and Vietnam. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
