These Terms govern your use of the website yahypay.com (the "Site"), operated by YaHy LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("YaHy", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-launch status

YahyPay is in private beta and is not yet generally available. The Site provides general information and lets you request early access. Nothing on the Site is an offer to open an account. Any future account will be subject to separate account terms, verification and approval.

2. Not a bank

YaHy LLC is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Account and payment services, when available, will be provided through licensed financial institutions and regulated partners, whose terms will apply.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses. We may decline any request at our discretion, including for compliance reasons. We do not serve persons or entities in sanctioned jurisdictions or on sanctions lists, or businesses in prohibited industries.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false information.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, name and design belong to YaHy LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the Site, including descriptions of planned features, may change at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YaHy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
